For a concert, Catfish usually brings
two guitars (one acoustic wood-bodied guitar, one steel-bodied
resophonic National guitar) and his own foot-stomping board. All three
have Highlander pickups with 9v battery-power preamp, and the guitars
use both the external mic and pickup.
The mixing board/desk should have graphic EQ and reverb.
Catfish needs the following items onstage:
1 SM58 Shure (or better) vocal mic with boom
stand
1 SM57 Shure instrument mic (or quality
condenser mic) with
boom stand
3 D.I. boxes with standard 1/4" jacks
2 monitor (fallback) speakers
